All tasks from the Free list are provided and controlled by a third-party company, TapJoy. Our Support team does not have access to these tasks.
If you have completed a task but have not gotten the reward, contact TapJoy by following the instructions below.
1. Tap the Free button that looks like an emerald:

2. Tap the three lines button in the upper-left corner:

3. In the Help & Support section, tap User Support Guide:
You will see detailed instructions on how to check the task status and submit a ticket to TapJoy support if necessary.
