In-game mail

You receive rewards and various announcements — streams, events, gameplay changes, etc. — through in-game mail.

Letters are stored in your in-game mailbox for a limited time, usually three days. You can find the expiration date at the bottom of the letter. When a letter expires, any items it contains are permanently deleted. 

Make sure to claim rewards as soon as you receive them. Our Support team cannot restore expired letters and rewards.
