Can I purchase the same bundle several times at Wendy's Shop?

You can purchase each bundle a few times. The limit is different for each bundle. You can see how many times you can buy a certain bundle at the Shop.

The same limit applies to how many bundles you can get as a gift. For example, if a bundle is available for purchase 10 times a day, it also means that you can receive this bundle as a gift only 10 times a day.
