How to transfer an account to another device

Tap the name of the operating system of your old device to open the instructions on how to transfer your game account to another device.

iOS

Log in to your Game Center account on the new device, and your progress will be automatically recovered.

Our specialists can transfer your progress only to a device that meets the minimum requirement — 2 GB free RAM. Our specialists may decline your transfer request if your device has lesser RAM capacity.

1. On your new Android device, create a Google Play account if you do not have one and log in.
2. Download the game on your Android device.
3. Complete the tutorial.
4. Open the game settings and sync the game with the Google Play account if needed.
5. Copy or write down the in-game ID of this new game account. You can find it by tapping your avatar in the game. This ID is required for our specialists to locate the account where they will transfer your game progress.
6. On your old iOS device, launch the game.
7. Open settings and submit a Support ticket. Write that you wish to transfer your account from iOS to Android and include the mentioned ID of the new game account. 

Keep in mind that your new progress will disappear; the original one will replace it.

Android

Sign in to your Google Play account on the new device, and your progress will be automatically recovered.

If Google Services are not supported by your Huawei device:

1. On your old Android device, make sure that your progress is connected to Google Play Games profile.
2. Download the latest version of AppGallery;
3. Create a Huawei account and log in;
4. Launch the game from Google Play Store and connect your progress to your AppGallery account in the game settings.
5. On your new Huawei device, log in to your Huawei account.
6. Download the game from AppGallery and launch it. Your progress will load automatically.

If Google Services are supported by your Huawei device:

If you are going to use the Google Play Market version of the game, simply sign in to your Google Play account on the new device, and your progress will be automatically recovered.

If you want to use the AppGallery version of the game, follow the instructions below:

1. On your old Android device, make sure that your progress is connected to Google Play Games profile.
2. On your new Huawei device, download the game from Google Play Market.
3. Open the game. Your progress will be recovered automatically.
4. Close the game.
5. Download the game from AppGallery.
6. The game will load the profile saved on Google Play Games profile.
7. Open the game settings and connect your progress to your Huawei account.

The Family Link app may restrict your access to the Google Play Games account. In this case, it will not allow you to save your game progress, so you will not be able to transfer your account as a result. If you have access to the Family Link settings, try disabling the restriction temporarily. You can find the instruction here.

Huawei

5. Launch the game, and your progress will be downloaded automatically.

If Google Services are supported by your Huawei device:

2. Sign in to your Google Play account on the new device, and your progress will be automatically recovered.
