Push notification issues

Hero Wars: Alliance can send push notifications about energy refills, your Arena ranking changes, and more. 

Android

To enable push notifications on your Android device, follow the instructions below:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to the Apps & notifications section.
3. Tap Hero Wars — Notifications.
4. Toggle the switch on next to the Show notifications option.

If you still experience issues with receiving notifications, try reinstalling the app. Make sure that your game account is connected to Google Play, then follow these steps:

1. Uninstall the game.
2. Reboot your device.
3. Reinstall Hero Wars: Alliance.

When you reinstall the game, your progress will be automatically recovered.

iOS

To enable push notifications on your Apple device, follow the instructions below:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to the Notifications section.
3. Select Hero Wars.
4. Enable Allow Notifications.

If you still experience issues with receiving notifications, try reinstalling the app. Make sure that your game account is connected to Game Center, then follow these steps:

1. Uninstall the game.
2. Reboot your device.
3. Reinstall Hero Wars: Alliance.

When you reinstall the game, your progress will be automatically recovered.

Huawei

To enable push notifications on your Huawei device, follow the instructions below:

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to the Apps section.
3. Tap Hero Wars and then Notifications.
4. Enable Allow Notifications.

1. Uninstall the game.
2. Reboot your device.
3. Reinstall Hero Wars: Alliance.
