How to delete my Hero Wars: Alliance account

You can request a complete deletion of your account and erase all associated data. To do this, contact our Support team.

In the main menu of our Support bot, Raymond, select the Account and privacy section. Then press the following buttons: Delete account → Delete Hero Wars account → Submit an account deletion request.
